Unlike generic Roblox experiences that bury codes in the platform settings gear icon, Toonrise Studios placed redemption inside the in-game Shop on the left side of the HUD. That design choice confuses new players because many wiki articles — and even some YouTubers — still say to open Settings. This guide reflects Update 3.75 behavior: use Shop as the primary path, and only check Settings if your client build looks different after a patch.

Before you redeem
Make sure you are inside the live Anime Duelists experience (place ID 135858844777165) published by Toonrise Studios, not a fan re-upload or older test place. Codes only work in the official game server.
Log into the Roblox account that should receive the rewards. Codes are one-time per account — redeeming UPDATE3 on an alt will not let you claim it again on your main unless that main never used the code.

Step-by-step: redeem through the Shop menu
Step 1 — Launch Anime Duelists. Join from the Roblox discover page or your favorites bar. Wait until your character loads in the hub and the left-side menu buttons appear.
Step 2 — Open Shop. Tap or click the Shop button on the left side of the screen. It sits among other primary navigation icons (inventory, quests, battle worlds). Do not open the Roblox escape menu; that is platform-level and will not contain Anime Duelists promo fields.

Step 6 — Verify inventory and Inbox. Open your currency display and item tabs. Gems usually update immediately. Reroll items and boosts may appear in inventory or booster slots depending on the reward type. If numbers look unchanged, continue to the Inbox section below before assuming the redeem failed.
Claim rewards from Inbox → Gift → Claim
Not every Anime Duelists code dumps rewards straight into your visible Gem counter. Boost stacks — Coins II, Damage II, EXP II, Super Luck, Star Speed, and similar bundles from codes like UPDATE3.75 — often arrive as Inbox gifts that must be opened manually.
After Shop shows a success message:
- Open the Inbox icon on your HUD (usually near other left-side navigation buttons).
- Switch to the Gift tab inside Inbox.
- Tap each unclaimed package and press Claim.
- Recheck your Gem count, reroll inventory, and active boost slots.

When Shop and Settings both exist on your build, they typically share the same backend: entering a code in either place marks it redeemed account-wide. You do not get double rewards by trying both. If Settings shows no code field, stop searching there and use Shop.
Troubleshooting common errors
“Invalid Code” or “Code Expired.” The promo was retired after a newer patch (for example UPDATE3.5 after UPDATE3.75 shipped), or you mistyped it. Double-check capitalization — UPDATE3.75 must match exactly. Remove trailing spaces from your clipboard. Retired strings including the full SHUTDOWN series and THANKSFORPLAYING belong on Expired Codes. Trackers occasionally disagree — if an active code fails, check Discord.
“Already Redeemed.” That account claimed the code successfully before. Switch to another profile or move on to codes you have not used. This message confirms the code still works for other players.
Success popup but nothing added. Open Inbox → Gift → Claim first. If still empty, rejoin the server and check Gem count again. If rewards remain missing, note the exact code and timestamp for a Discord bug report.
Mobile vs PC differences. Phone players use the same Shop button on the left edge; the code box may require extra scrolling because of smaller screen height. Rotate to landscape if your thumbs hide the confirm button.
